We collect and store users' email addresses solely to track their credit balances within our app. We do not store any additional personal information. We do not share, track or sell your personal and business information to third parties.

Your email address will be used to activate your license.

It also accesses your email address for authentication purposes.
We do not share this data, and access is limited to the plugin's functionality, in compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data

We protect your data using HTTPS for secure communication and store it in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Render , a reliable and secure hosting provider. We are committed to maintaining the security and confidentiality of your information.

Data retention and deletion

When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, we will delete or destroy it.
User account information is retained as long as your account is active, plus 1 year after account closure.
When the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize your data.

Which permissions are needed for Humanize AI Doc

When you use “Humanize AI Doc” for the first time, you’ll be asked to accept the minimum-required permissions.

Why does Humanize AI Doc need those permissions?

“Humanize AI Doc” is integrated with G Suite apps like Google Docs™. It requires access to the current documents a user is viewing. “Humanize AI Doc” only requests the minimum-required permissions that are essential for it to function optimally. “Humanize AI Doc” does not have access to your Google account or your password, only to your email info.

Can I review or revoke those permissions?

Absolutely. If you need to review the permissions you granted to “Humanize AI Doc”, you can do so by going to Google Account -> Third-party apps with account access -> Manage third-party access. There, you can change or revoke the permissions.
